Announcing two very important updates!

  1. We have a renewed focus on enforcing our MAP (Minimum Advertise Price) policy to protect your pricing.
  2. You can now participate in our new Ergotron Authorized Partner program! 

Both of these programs were set up to better serve YOU and help you retain margin. See details below:

  • We have hired the firm Market Track assist us in enforcing our MAP policy. The price erosion in the online marketplace is an issue for all of us. The Market Track team identifies the MAP offenders and sends them enforcement messages on our behalf.   • In conjunction with the renewed efforts in enforcing our MAP policy we are launching the Ergotron Authorized Partner (EAP) program. We will be working hard to authorize all of you by the end of the year. This program will help us better manage our MAP policy (offenders will be unauthorized) and better serve you in the future. Starting in 2018, partners that are not authorized will not have access to our products at distribution. Other benefits include:
    • Deal Registration
    • Access to seed units
    • Inside Sales and Marketing support
    • E-communications on new products and programs
    • Channel programs like tiered pricing, GovEd pricing etc.
    • Partner portal access
